Hello and welcome!
We would like to give you a brief overview and tell you why it is even possible to welcome you to this house:
From the 1980s until 2019, our (grand)parents Rita and Dieter regularly travelled from Germany to Villa Patricia in Denia to spend wonderful months there every year. As children, we visited them there regularly and had a wonderful time as a family.
Unfortunately, they have not been able to visit the house in Denia since 2019. That's why, together with my father Robert, I decided to continue to maintain and modernise the house in the spirit of our (grand)parents and to improve it every year. So that other families with their children or single travellers can continue to have a great time in the future. After all, what could be better than a good time with your loved ones?
We have named the two halves of the house Rita and Dieter in their honour.
We would like to wish you a great time in our accommodation. Enjoy the quiet location, the beautiful garden, the proximity to the beach and the time with your loved ones :-)
