  1. Neither we as the owner nor the house service can be held liable for the maintenance of the bicycles. The rider must always ensure that the bicycle is roadworthy if he/she wishes to use it. We are not liable for damage of any kind. Use at your own risk.  If you have any doubts about a bike, please do not use it. The bicycles must always be locked (lock is available). The respective rider is liable for damage or theft of the bikes! The bikes are used jointly by Haus Rita and Dieter.

Should anything be broken during your stay, please report this damage to Mr. Lorenz so that he can arrange for a replacement in time.

Especially for guests with children:

Our house walls (outside and inside) are not play walls!

In other words, please do not shoot any balls at the walls. At best, simply don't touch the walls of the house. :-)

Conditions for the deposit:

You have already paid the deposit when booking.

Current amount of the deposit: 500€

The deposit will be returned to your bank account no later than 7 working days after your check-out as follows:

-Additional charge of €50 if the barbecue/oven is dirty.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation terms:

Within the first 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation you can cancel your booking free of charge.

You can continue to use up 60 days before the day of arrival cancel the booking of the holiday home.

In this case, we will refund you 70% of the total amount. 

In case of cancellation from the Day 60 before arrival you will receive 20% of the total amount back

and for cancellation from 14th day  before arrival you will receive 0% of the total amount back.

In the event of early departure or non-arrival without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund.

As a gesture of goodwill, we will try to re-let the apartment of Villa Patricia on the days of your cancelled vacation. If we succeed in this, we are ready to refund the remaining amount minus a processing fee of 65,-€. Please send us a mail independently (after the last cancelled vacation day). This type of refund is not guaranteed and may take several weeks.

If we have to withdraw from renting our vacation home due to an unavailability of the apartment caused by force majeure (storm, flood, fire or similar), our liabilities are limited to the repayment of the already paid rent.
