The perfect vacation spot for up to 4 people (max.5 pers.).
The house has two floors (ground floor + first floor) with a terrace to the garden, a roof terrace and as a special highlight:

Means of transport
On site:
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main street. From there there is a very cheap bus line to the city center every 20 minutes (approx. 15 minutes depending on traffic). This street / bus line connects everything, whether supermarkets, restaurants / bars, water sports or the kilometer-long beach.
